World History Honors

Welcome to World History Honors, a History/Social Science year-long course focusing on world events from about 1500 to the present. This course will explore the political, economic, and social events that have shaped the course of human history over the last few centuries. This course will also develop and improve critical and analytical thinking skills through the use of lectures, textbook readings, maps & graphs, technology, group & individual projects, class discussions, films & videos, and current events.
